Turnkey projects are the best form of cooperation from the customer’s point of view. At S&D Lux Interior Service, we are experts in such projects. We run and supervise all stages of the investment. The only task of the client is to accept our ideas, and finally – to enjoy his or her dream interior come true.
Each project begins with a cup of coffee or tea and a conversation about our client’s needs and expectations. We ask about the preferred style and possible inspiration. Together we inspect the space to be developed. We discuss the functional side of the apartment or house. Equipped with this knowledge, we proceed to the second stage, i.e. design.
At this stage, we search for original and unique interior finishing products – wallpapers, textiles, stone, furniture, carpets, lighting, accessories, ceramics, bathroom fittings and kitchen appliances. This way a project is created, the visualizations of which are then presented to the client during the second meeting. We work on the project until it’s perfect – the client must be convinced that what he sees on the boards is exactly the interior that he or she has been looking for.
Our trusted and tested construction teams are stepping into action. Crooked walls, old electrical installation, relocation of piping, gas shut-off – there are no tasks impossible for them. While they are preparing the interior for the furniture, we organize the transport of all interior finishing elements. After the completion of construction works, we carry out a technical acceptance on behalf of the client. And then our favourite moment arrives: when we hand over the keys to the client’s dream home. This is what we call a job well done!
